How to Feed Your EPI Dog

It is important to understand that the EPI dog has specific needs for food.

Its food should contain less than 18% fat and less than 4% fiber. (See example HERE) for his new diet. The example below is for information. The amounts of food and enzymes may vary depending on the breed and weight of your animal. The example is based on a German Shepherd between 70 to 90 lbs. It is IMPORTANT to add approximately 10 ml of lukewarm water and mix well the kibble, enzymes and water. So the enzymes that have been moistened will be activated to start the pre-digestion of food. As for the waiting period of 20 minutes is to let the enzymes work a little.
